Lifeway For Youth, the agency that placed three year old Marcus Feisel in the home of his foster parents who were convicted of killing him, is now suing the state of Ohio.
The private foster care agency's lawsuit is asking the state for one million dollars in damages.
Lifeway claims the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services is making exaggerated and false claims against the agency in the wake of Marcus' death.
