(CINCINNATI) -- A former Cincinnati Firefighter received four years in prison today for causing a head on crash on I-71 that killed a Delhi Township woman.
Joseph Dance appeared in court for sentencing this morning.
In March he had entered a guilty plea to aggravated vehicular homicide. Police say Dance was drunk last December when he left a Christmas party, got behind the wheel , and crashed into Lisa Kreutzer's car.
Today in court Dance made an emotional apology to the victim's family.
