Amy Baker appeared via video from the Mason County jail this morning, facing tampering with evidence charges for helping dump the remains of Marcus Feisel. She pled not guilty.
District Court Judge Todd Walton kept Baker's bail at $50,000, but said that she could be out on a 10 percent deposit. A preliminary hearing is set for June 25.
Amy Baker will face a judge in Kentucky today.
Baker will appear via video this morning in the Mason County courthouse and is expected to be arraigned on tampering with evidence charges for helping to dump the remains of murdered foster child Marcus Fiesel. Baker was the live-in girlfriend of Fiesel's foster parents, Liz and David Carroll.
Baker revealed doing that under an immunity deal with Ohio prosecutors.
Her attorney is hoping for a plea deal.
