Closing Arguments In Lamont Hunter Trial

(CINCINNATI) -- The trial continues for accused child killer Lamont Hunter.

Yesterday, the former guardian of 3-year-old Trustin Blue told the court the little boy was terrified of Hunter.

Hunter had been accused of abusing Blue twice before and at one pont, there was a restraining order against him.

Hunter claims Blue's death was a result of falling down stairs. The deputy coroner has testified such a fall wouldn't have inflicted trustin's serious injuries.

Blue was the son of Hunter's girlfriend.

Closing arguments are expected today at the Hamilton County courthouse.
