As we are continuing to look into the case surrounding the IRS and Cincinnati's connection there two big questions: Did the White House know about this scandal sooner than what they have claimed, and could criminal charges be filed against the local agents accused in the case?Full Story >
Julian Touceda was born in Tela, Honduras and moved with his family to the United States when he was 6 years old.
Touceda is an artist who works in many mediums, including painting, murals, graphic arts and photography. His work has been widely distributed through the South, and are in many private collections in the U.S. and elsewhere.
Touceda arrived in the U.S. unable to speak English, but soon attracted attention with his drawings and other artwork. By the time he reached high school, he was enrolled in a program for gifted students. He was awarded a degree in fine arts from the University of New Orleans in 1980.
Touceda was forced to leave New Orleans by Hurricane Katrina in 1995, and now lives in Austin, Texas.
