PlayBoy Roll

"A signature flaming roll of Apsara"

Spicy tuna, shrimp tempura and asparagus topped with cooked shrimp, sriracha, mayonnaise, and furikake (japnease seasoning). Finished with eel sauce ( soy sauce, mirin, and sugar). Wrapped in foil and barbecued at the table.

Salmon Nuta Spring Roll

Salmon, shredded radish, kaiware, shiso leaves, shredded beets, masago and scallions. Wrapped in rice paper and finished with nuta sauce (miso paste, vinegar and sesame seeds).

Broiled Half Rack of Lamb w/ Asian slaw and finished with a tamarind peanut sauce


Cup of thin soy

2 tbl of garlic

1 tbl ginger

¼ cup rice wine vinegar

Tamarind Peanut Sauce

1 c Tamarind base

3 c peanut butter

1c water

Asian Slaw

1 head of cabbage julienne

4 scallion julienne

1 tsp grated ginger

1c bean sprouts

2c julienne carrots

1 tbl salt

½ c of rice wine vinegar

¼ c of soy sauce

½ tsp of chile paste

3 tbl of creamy peanut butter

2 tbl toasted sesame seeds

Cilantro and garlic marinated Swordfish

Swordfish marinate

½ c of cilantro

2 c coconut milk

½ c lemon juice

2 tbl of chopped garlic

Cucumber onion salad

12 oz Julienne cucumber and shaved red onion

½ c rice wine

2oz lemon juice

2 tbl of sugar

Oxtail Soup

Beef broth serves over rice noodle , bean sprouts, sliced beef, green onion, Thai basil, fried garlic, and cilantro

Jack Fruit Curry

Fresh Jack Fruit (an Asian exotic fruit), green chiles, and onion. Stewed in a red curry.
