(COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, OH) --
Police have decided to cite the juvenile for filing a false police report and inducing panic.
After further investigation, police say this kidnapping and rape that was reported last week actually never occurred.
The case remains pending to determine if charges will be filed against the juvenile for filing a false police report and inducing panic, both misdemeanors.
Police are looking for a man accused of grabbing a young girl and raping her.
It happened late Thursday afternoon as the girl was getting off the school bus on West Galbraith Road near Cella Drive.
Police say the suspect pulled up to the girl, 14, and asked her if she wanted a ride. When she refused, the suspect exited the vehicle, grabbed her, and forced her inside.
He then took her to an abandoned building off of West Galbraith and raped her. The suspect then drove the victim to an unknown apartment complex off of Commons Circle near Colerain Ave. and ordered her to exit the vehicle. She then walked to Shoe Carnival on Colerain Ave. and dialed 911.
The suspect is described as a black male, 35 to 40 years old, six feet tall, 230 pounds with a goatee, black skull cap, black shirt and an earring in his right ear. He is believed to be driving a white 2000 or 2001 Cadillac with tinted windows.
