UPDATE: Driver In Crash That Killed Baby Indicted

Update:

Diana Linz has been indicted for aggravated vehicular homicide in the death of 18-month-old Ian Graves.

Her bond was also upped to $1 million.

A preliminary hearing is set for Nov. 14.

Diana Linz appeared in court Monday morning. Her bond was set at $250,000.

The mother of the baby was also in court, and she was extremely emotional. Her family had to help her out of the courtroom.

Meanwhile, Diana Linz showed no emotion as the judge set her bond.

The driver, Diana Linz, has been charged with driving under suspension and aggravated vehicular homicide.

(GOSHEN TOWNSHIP) -- An 18 month old dies from his injuries after a four car crash Saturday afternoon in Clermont County.

Police say 34 year old Diana Linz failed to stop at a stop sign on Woodville Pike and Deerfield Road, hitting 21 year old Christy Bishop's car, with the 18 month old inside. An adult male was also in Bishop's car.

Both Linz and Bishop were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The adult male was flown to the hospital via AirCare.

The toddler was flown to Children's Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
