An arrest has been made in the robbery of a downtown store that caused the store owner to fire shots at the suspect.
Sanford O'Neal, 26, was arrested Monday. He faces charges of robbery and breaking and entering.
Meanwhile, the store owner, Wade Nassar, has not been charged with firing shots at O'Neal.
O'Neal was in court on Tuesday, where his bond was set at $50,000.
A local store owner fired shots Monday morning at an alleged robber.
Around 11:30 a.m., police say a robber walked into the N&M Mini Mart on the corner of Ninth and Elm Streets.
The store owner then fired five shots at the suspect.
Police say none of the shots hit the suspect, and the suspect got away with about $400.
The suspect is described as a black male, 32 years old, wearing a black hat and blue jeans. He is still at large.

Whether or not the owner will face charges is still undetermined.
The owner, Wade Nassar, told FOX19 he didn't understand how he missed the suspect. He says its the third time he's been robbed in two decades.
