UPDATE: Three Arrested In Connection With Hotel Death

(WEST CHESTER, OHIO) --

Update:

Bond for Douglass and Whitten has been set at $1 million.

The girl was remanded to the Butler County Juvenile Detention Center, but Prosecutor Robin Piper says she will be tried as an adult.

Update:

Police have arrested three people in connection with the death of Sabyasachi Debnath.

Michael Douglass, 18, of Middletown, Roger Lee Whitten, also 18, of Hamilton, and a 16-year-old female from Virginia were located by police at the Hamilton Inn in Hamilton, Ohio around 10:30 p.m. Monday night.

The subjects were brought in for questioning and were subsequently charged in Debnath's murder.

An autospy is expected Tuesday to determine a cause of death.

Update:

The victim has been identified as Sabyasachi Debnath, 31, orginally from Bangladesh.

A hotel maid discovered the body. Police say there were signs of struggle inside the room.

Update:

Police say the victim, a male, had been dead around 12 hours.

The victim's name has yet to be released, but police say he did have a criminal record. He has lived in the area before, but left, then came back because he had family in the area.

Police are investigating a death at a local hotel.

Dispatch confirms to FOX19 that a body was found at the Tri-County Inn, on Princeton-Glendale Road in West Chester. Police were called to the scene just before 9:30 a.m.
