(SPRINDALE, OH) -- A man is behind bars after being accused of driving drunk with his one-month-old baby in his car.
Officers pulled over Jesus Manuel Soto, 24, on Sunday after he made a turn onto the wrong side of the road and was unable to maintain lanes, according to the police report.
Police administered sobriety tests and Soto registered a .231 blood-alcohol level. His one-month old baby was in the back seat.
Soto is charged with OVI and child endangerment. He also faces charges of obstructing official business after he gave officers the false name of Emilio Martin Ramirez. Police learned his real identity and found him to be wanted out of Sharonville and by the CWU.
