UPDATE: 2nd Arrest Made In UC Shooting, Robbery

(CLIFTON, OH) -- 

Update:

Police have made a second arrest in a robbery and shooting that occurred at UC last week.

Calvin Dixon, 20, is charged with aggravated burglary. He was taken into custody on Dec. 3

Police say there are still looking for two suspects involved in the incident.

Police also say that the incident was not a random act of violence.

"The victims in this offense were targeted because the suspects believed they could steal drugs and money from the sale of drugs," said Chief Thomas H. Streicher, Jr.

A robbery overnight on the campus of the University of Cincinnati has police looking for suspects.

Police say a group of students was sitting in their apartment in the University Park Apartments, a privately owned apartment complex on campus, just before midnight when three suspects stormed in and took various items, including a Nintendo Wii, computer equipment and cash. Police say that a total of seven victims were involved.

The students then chased the robbers out of the apartment. A struggle ensued, and one of the students got shot in the leg.

Despite being shot, the suspect was able to hold the suspect down until police got there. Police arrested that suspect. He has been identified has Louis Yarbrough, 20. He is charged with aggravate burglary and felonious assault.

The student who was shot is expected to be OK. He has been identified as Justin Jackson, 19.
