(MAYSVILLE, KY) -- The trial of Amy Baker was supposed to start on Monday. Instead, a status hearing was held and the trial was delayed again.
The judge in the case asked the attorneys on both sides if they have objections to him handling the case. The judge says he knows several of the attorneys involved.
If they attorneys have objections to the judge handling the case, they have until Dec. 27 to submit the paperwork.
Baker faces trial in Mason County for helping dump the remains of murdered foster child Marcus Fiesel. Baker was granted immunity in Ohio in exchange for her testimony against Liz and David Carroll, who are now in jail, charged with the 3-year-old's murder.
