(LAWRENCEBURG, IN) --
The Dearborn County Sheriff's Office says one of the passengers in this crash, 16-year-old Brian Morgan, has died as a result of his injuries.
Police have found and charged the driver, Jimmy Harness, 21. He is being held on a $10,000 bond plus $150,000 surety.
Police are investigating a single vehicle crash that occurred early Friday morning in Dearborn County.
A Jeep Wrangler was traveling on Bonnel Road near Fox Road around 5:20 in the morning, struck a tree and overturned.
Five male teenagers were in the vehicle at the time. Three of the teens have minor injuries and one has a severe head injury. Police have been unable to locate the fifth, 21-year-old Jimmy Harness, of Guilford.
The accident is still under investigation and police are asking that anyone with information on Harness' whereabouts is urged to call the Dearborn County Sheriff's Office at 812-537-8730.
