Ingredients:
18 oz fresh steamed or stir fried vegetables (zucchini, carrots, broccoli, green peppers, cabbage, sugar snap peas)
3.5 oz of char-grilled marinated steak or chicken
1 oz Samurai Sam's Famous Teriyaki Sauce
Bowls:
Fill bowl with fresh cooked veggies
Add steak or chicken.
Top the meat with 1 oz of teriyaki glaze and serve.

Ingredients:
8 oz rice (white or brown)
3 oz fresh steamed or stir fried vegetables (zucchini, carrots, broccoli, green peppers, cabbage, sugar snap peas)
3.5 oz of char-grilled marinated steak or chicken
1 oz Samurai Sam's Famous Teriyaki Sauce
Bowls:
Scoop rice into 22 oz rice bowl
Add vegetables to cover 1/3 of the bowl
Add steak or chicken to cover the other 2/3 of the bowl
Top the meat with 1 oz of teriyaki glaze and serve
