Recipe from Donna Mallott of Kennett, Mo.
5-6 medium scrubbed, unpeeled gold potatoes
1 container (16 oz) shredded (not grated) Parmesan (or Romano, or Asiago, or all three combined)
McCormick's Garlic Powder with Parsley
Salt to taste
1/4 c unsalted butter
1. Slice potatoes into thick ( about 1/8 - 1/4 in) slices. Arrange on baking sheet with sides sprayed with cooking spray.
2. Place very small pat of butter on each potato, sprinkle each with garlic powder and salt, then top with Parmesan.
3. Bake in 400 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until potatoes are done and tops are golden.
Yield: 6 Servings
My family asks for these all the time! So easy and so delicious!
