NICHOLSONS SCOTTISH SPRING ROLLS

3 Cups Shredded red cabbage
1 1/2 Cups Diced sweet onions
1 Cup Shredded carrots
2 Cups Cooked white meat chicken, diced
1/4
 Cup Poblano pepper, minced
2 oz. Water
2 oz. Red curry paste
1/4 Cup Flour
1.5 Cups Shredded cheddar cheese
1/2
 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Black pepper

Mix red curry paste with water and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add the mixture of red curry paste and water and mix well. Roll 3oz. of the mixture in each won ton. Seal corners with egg wash.
