Waldorf Salad

  • 2 cups diced apples (leave skin on)
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup red grapes, cut in half
  • 1 banana halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp half-and-half
Combine apples, celery, grapes, banana, marshmallows and walnuts. Sprinkle with lemon juice and gently stir.
Mix mayonnaise with sugar and half-and-half and stir until sugar is dissolved.
Pour dressing on fruit and walnut mixture. Chill before serving.
