(HYDE PARK, OH) -- Cincinnati lost a beloved and devoted patron of the arts on Monday.
Patricia Corbett passed away at her Hyde Park home.
She was 99-years old.
The Corbett name is on many local arts arenas, including Music Hall, a theatre at Northern Kentucky University and the Corbett Center for the Arts at UC's College Conservatory of Music.
"When she was in good health she came to all the performances. You'd always see her. She's always sitting in the front row of some of our shows. So she always had a presence around here as long as her health permitted her to do so," said Warren George, interim dean of CCM.
Patricia Corbett and her late husband, J. Ralph Corbett made their fortune from the Nutone Company.
They set up a foundation in 1955, which has now given more than $65 million to local causes.
