Indiana Man Arrested For Child Molesting

(MOORES HILL, IN) -- A Moores Hill, Ind. man has been arrested on multiple counts of child molesting in Dearborn County and could face similar charges in Ripley County.

James E. King, 63, was arrested on Thursday after an Indiana State Police investigation that began in early January.

King is accused of molesting three girls and one boy between the ages of 10 ant 14 years old in both Dearborn and Ripley Counties. The alleged violations occurred during the summer and early fall months of 2007.

King is being held in the Dearborn County Law Enforcement Center on one count of child molesting, class A, two counts of child molesting, class C and one count of incest.

If convicted, King faces a maximum of 86 years in prison and a possible fine of  up to $40,000.
