UPDATE: Suspect In Deadly Shooting Turns Himself In

(FAIRMOUNT, OH) --

Update: 1:45 a.m.

The suspect, Michael Jackson, 37, has turned himself in to police. Jackson turned himself in around 11:30 p.m.

The victim has been identified as Ronald Dickerson, 18. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Update: 2:20 p.m.

The shooting as now been identified as fatal. Homicide units are on the scene.

The shooting occurred alongside a home behind Rally's. 

There is one victim, a male. Police are looking for one suspect, a black male, about 6 foot to 6-foot-1, who is considered armed and dangerous. He fled the scene in a white GMC.

A shooting has been reported behind the Rally's restaurant in the 1800 block of Queen City Ave.

The shooting occurred just before noon. Police have shut down Quebec and Westwood while they investigate the scene.

There is no word on any injuries, but police are looking for a suspect wearing a jean jacket with writing on it and a white hat.
