(CLEVELAND, OH) -- An investigation is underway after a police-involved shooting at a Shaker Heights apartment complex in Cleveland on Wednesday morning.
Gunfire erupted at the Fairhill Gardens Apartments shortly after 10:30AM.
Officers were executing a search warrant for drugs when a scuffle with the suspect ensued - and shots were fired.
The suspect was apparently hit in the arm - and taken to the hospital.
Undercover Cleveland officers had purchased drugs from the suspect numerous times in the past - and returned this morning to make an arrest.
No officers were injured.
