(FORT THOMAS, KY) -- A 15-year old boy is accused of being behind racist graffiti across Fort Thomas.
Officers say the graffiti started popping up last summer near Highland Park and this weekend, someone painted swastikas on the walls of St. Catherine's church.
Police arrested the boy and say he admitted to all the vandalism.
