Chicken Basil Sausage with Feta Cheese Sauce

Put about 1/2 inch of water in a pan large enough to hold the sausages.  Bring water to a boil, add the sausage, reduce heat to medium low and cook, covered, for 10 minutes. Remove lid, pour off any excess water, and brown sausages on all sides.

Remove the sausage and set aside. Add the yogurt and feta to the pan and stir until feta melts.

Slice the sausage and return it to the pan to mix all together.

Serve as an appetizer, or over pasta, or on pita bread.

This is good hot or cold.
