Statement From Clermont County Board of Elections Director

"Clermont County apparently is following what appears to be a trend in at least this part of the state.

Demand for Democratic ballots has been overwhelming.

This board is capable of printing additional ballots and has been doing so this afternoon.

No one wishing to vote in the primary election should leave their polling place without voting.

If ballots are not readily available, they will be delivered by either a Clermont County Sheriff's Deputy or a board of elections staff member.

Any voter who is in line by 7:30 p.m. will be permitted to vote."
