Prostitution Bust At Covington Club

(COVINGTON, KY) -- Employees of a Covington night club face multiple charges after an undercover investigation by police.

Kenton County Attorney Garry Edmondson has filed criminal summons for the owners and employees for Covington-based night club Succubus Tavern, located in the 600 block of Washington Street.

Eight employees are charged with multiple violations ranging from prostitution, operating a sexually oriented business without a license, to presenting sexually oriented entertainment in a place and manner inconsistent with state and distance requirements, among others.

Police investigators allege that while operating undercover posing as patrons, they were solicited for prostitution by dancers at the business. Dancers are also alleged to have engaged in graphic sexual acts for the undercover officers in exchange for the officers having purchased "VIP Drinks."
