(CLERMONT COUNTY) -- A 3-year-old boy was taken to the hospital on Monday after he fell from a second story window.
Police say a babysitter was downstairs while two children, ages 3 and 5, were upstairs playing in a bedroom. The babysitter heard one of the children yell and responded to see what happened when she noticed the window open and the screen pulled out and the 3-year-old outside on the ground.
The 5-year-old said the boy opened the window and pushed out the screen and tried to hang on, but couldn't.
The boy was taken to the hospital and held overnight for observation, but investigators say his prognosis is good.
