(CINCINNATI) -- A major with the Hamilton County Sheriff's Officer faces charges after he was found drunk in his car on Saturday.
James Dattilo, 64, is a records division commander for the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office. He was found Saturday night passed out it in his car in the parking lot of McDonald's in Green Township.
He is charged with having physical control of a vehicle while under the influence.
Dattilo has been with the office since 1968. He has a court appearance later this week.
