High School Students Rescued After Boat Capsizes At East Fork

(BATAVIA, OH) -- Several local high school students were rescued Tuesday night after getting dumped into a tri-state lake.

The crew team called "Clermont Crew" was practicing in East Fork park, when gusts of wind capsized two boats, sending 18 students into the water.

None of them wore life vests, but chase boats with coaches and parents flew into action, getting the athletes out of the water.

And six ambluances supplied warming blankets.
