(FOREST PARK, OH) --
A fire at the clubhouse of the Remington Apartments on West Kemper Road is being called a case of arson.
Police have arrested one of the residents, Erick Strickland, and charged him with starting the fire.
No one was hurt.
Court records show Strickland and his roommates were being evicted for not paying their rent. Strickland allegedly entered the pool supply closet and started the fire using grease and rubbing alcohol.
The clubhouse is considered a total loss with damage estimated at $300,000.

Crews were still battling hot spots a few hours later.
