West Price Hill Dad Indicted For Raping 4-Year-Old

Christopher Lukacs Christopher Lukacs

(CINCINNATI) -- Hamilton County prosecutor Joe Deters has announced the indictment of a West Price Hill couple for the repeated rape for a 4-year-old.

Christopher Lukacs, 27, is charged with four counts of rape and one count of felonious assault and is accused of raping the victim between the dates of Dec. 1, 2007 and March 24, 2008.

Prosecutors say that on Jan. 3, the child was taken by ambulance to Cincinnati Children's Hospital suffering from vaginal injuries.

The crimes came to light on March 25 when the maternal grandfather went to the residence to pick up the 4-year-old and her 7-year-old brother and found the girl naked. A call was placed to authorities and an investigation led to the charges.

In addition, Lukacs faces domestic violence charges and felony periodic verification of current address charges which arose from a prior conviction for gross sexual imposition in 2000. That incident involved the defendant having sexual conduct with a 12-year-old girl.

Ambre King, 29, also faces charges in connection with this incident. She is being charged with endangering children.

"The ever increasing abuse of children in our community is unacceptable.  I want to be very clear on this subject.  If you choose to rape a child, you had better be prepared to spend the rest of your life in jail," Deters said.

Lukacs faces life if prison without the possibility of parole if convicted. King faces up to five years in prison.
