"Blue Eyed Rapist" Returned To Warren County

(LEBANON, OH) -- David Hopper, the man known as the "Blue-Eyed Rapist" returned to the Warren County Jail on Monday to face charges from a Feb. 2006 indictment.

Hopper, 44, of Burlington, was video arraigned on two counts of aggravated burglary, two counts of aggravated robbery, four counts of kidnapping, two counts of rape, one count of gross sexual imposition and one count of possession of criminal tools.

Hopper entered a not guilty plea to all charges. He was indicted in February of 2006 and has been in the custody of authorities from the U.S. District Court in Covington, Kentucky, Grant County, Boone County and Campbell County, on rape and robbery charges.

Hopper has pled guilty in Grant and Boone counties and has already been sentenced there. He is currently serving a 32 year federal weapons charge.
