(MILFORD, OH) -- Milford Police have made an arrest in an aggravated robbery at the Rally's on Lila St.

Around 12:30 a.m. Tuesday morning, police say a white male walked into the restaurant through a drive-up window brandishing a knife. The suspect demanded the clerk to give him money from the cash drawer and safe, then fled out the rear door of the buildling.

Patrol officers quickly established a perimeter around the business. They requested a tracking dog from Blue Ash Police. The K-9 was alerted to a scent and located the suspect in the area of Brooklyn and Main.

A brief foot pursuit took place and the suspect was taken into custody. The clerks then identified the suspect as the one who committed the robbery.

Kristopher J. Dawson, 20, of Batavia, was arrested and charged with one county of aggravated robbery and one count of aggravated burglary, both felonies.

He is being held in the Clermont County Jail.
