- 1- qt. heavy cream whipped
- 1/2- c. chilled espresso
- 1/2- c. amaretto liquor
- 1 1/2- c. 10x Confectionary sugar
- 1 cup amaretti cookies crushed
- 1- c. toasted almonds crushed
Whip cream until stiff peaks, adding sugar a little at a time. Mix espresso and Amaretto together and add to stiffened cream mixture, a little at a time. Whipping until stiff- Do not overwhip. Crush amaretti cookies and almonds and "fold" into mixture. Pour into spring form pan with crust and freeze overnight.
