(GOSHEN, OH) -- A Goshen Twp. man has been arrested on several drug charges.
Police executed a search warrant Thursday morning in the 400 block of Country Lake Circle.
Police say the suspect had sold marijuana to an undercover police informant on four different occasions since February, all prior to Thursday's raid and bust. At least one of these sales happened in the presence of young children in the parking lot of the complex. The suspect stated he could get up to one pound of marijuana at any given time for sale.
Police raided the apartment and found marijuana, 300 dollars cash, scales, and drug paraphernalia inside.
Arrested was Artie D. Vineyard, 22. He is facing charges of felony drug trafficking. Two other people inside the apartment will also face charges in connection.
The case will move to the grand jury in a few weeks.
