Buffalo Chicken Wrap

  • marinated chicken breast (1)
  • soft flour tortilla (1)
  • bleu cheese
  • lettuce
  • tomato
  • Buffalo hot sauce
1. put chicken breast on grill, cook till done, slice chicken
2. place tortilla in microwave for 30 seconds
3. remove from microwave, add bleu cheese, lettuce, tomatoes
4. add chicken, and top with Buffalo hot sauce
5. roll tortilla tightly
6. cut diagonally & add to
7. add fries or slaw (whichever ordered)

Unique Slaw

Throw regular slaw mix, Asian slaw dressing, and toss in some crunchies (if desired) into a large mixing bowl. Mix all ingredients together and serve.

Unique Slaw Dressing

  • 12 cups of vegetable oil
  • 6 spoons of Dijon
  • 3 cups of sugar
  • 6 cups of rice wine vinegar
  • 3 cups sesame oil
  • 3 cups of honey
  • 1 1/2 cups of soy sauce

Combine all ingredients in pot and bring to a low boil and allow to simmer. Cook on low heat for about 30 minutes stirring occasionally. (Makes 12 quarts or 3 gallons)

Crush up some almonds, ramen noodles, and add sunflower seeds. Spread them out on a baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes (until golden brown).
