Man pleads guilty in fatal wreck

(NEWPORT, KY) -- A man accused of causing an accident that killed a 14-year-old northern Kentucky girl pled guilty in court on Wednesday.

Investigators believe Gregory Gibson ran a stop sign on the AA Highway last July, and T-boned a pick up truck.

Heather Evans, a passenger in the truck, was killed, and five other people were injured.

Gibson is charged with reckless homicide and assault. He will be sentenced on May 28.
