(CINCINNATI) --

UPDATE: The U.S. Marshals arrested Tinisha Jones in Chicago Friday afternoon.  The Marshal's Service and Cincinnati Police Department received a tip on Thursday of Jones' whereabouts and made the arrest at her boyfriend's home.

"This is a perfect example of how local authorities can utilize us to benefit their department," said Supervisory Deputy Chris Riley.  "It takes a lot of the red tape away when we can adopt these cases and be able to send out these leads all over the country.  There's nowhere these fugitives can go that we won't be right behind them in pursuit."

Original Story: The Hamilton County grand jury has indicted a suspect in the murder of Jackie Evans.

The indictment was returned against Tinisha D. Jones, 25. Police have not located Jones and are asking anyone with information on her whereabouts to call Crimestoppers at 352-3040.

Evans was shot and killed on Friday evening near the Fay Apartments. Police say she was shot in front of her children.
