VIDEO: Fire in the West End

(CINCINNATI) -- Crews battled a fire in the West End on Thursday morning.

Flames broke out around 7:15 at a three story complex at York and Linn Streets.

When crews arrived, they found smoke and flames blowing from a second story window. At 7:45, firefighters called for a second alarm for more manpower.

Neighbors say the building was vacant. Firefighters did have to assist two adults who were in an adjacent building.

The fire caused an estimated $40,000 damage. No cause has been determined.
