(CINCINNATI) -- A man is being held on a $6 million bond after police say he's responsible for three murders.

Investigators say Brandon Rice, 28, killed three people in July of 2005 -- Luke Gamble, Jamal Anderson and Cleveland Parker.

Parker was an innocent bystander killed by a stray bullet while he was talking on the phone in his home.

Rice is a member of the so-called "Grimmie Gang" that controlled the drug trade in the Avondale neighborhood.

Nine members of the gang were indicted last week after several members of the gang were sentenced to five to 30 years on drug-related charges in federal court.
