  • 4 Large Scallops
  • 4 Large Shrimp
  • 6oz Buccatini Pasta (cooked and drained)
  • 1oz Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1.5 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups white wine

Heat oil in a pan until hot. Liberaly salt and pepper shrimp and scallops. Place shrimp and scallops into hot pan and sear on both sides for about one minute or until brown. Next add white wine, and reduce for about one minute. Then add sour cream and shaved Parmesan, stir. Finely, toss in pasta until warm. Serve with shaved Parmesan on top.
