Motorcyclist dies in Pendleton co. accident

(FALMOUTH, KY) -- A man has died following a motorcycle accident in Pendleton County.

Around 3:30 on Sunday afternoon, police were called an accident scene on KY 22. Police say Charles Dick, 28, of Cincinnati was traveling east on 22 on a Honda motorcycle when he failed to negotiate a sharp curve, crossed the centerline and struck a Toyota Corolla operated by Carla Florence, of Walton.

Police say Dick was wearing a helmet, but he was thrown from the motorcycle and pronounced dead at the scene.

The accident remains under investigation.
