Semi driver charged in crash that injures two

(GREEN TOWNSHIP, OH) -- A man has been charged with two counts of aggravated vehicular assault after police say he was driving drunk when he crash his semi-truck, injuring two.

The accident occurred at the intersection of Anderson Ferry Road and Crookshank Road in Green Township around 6:45 p.m. Sunday night.

A Freightliner driven by Eric Mahon, 55, of Cincinnati struck a Nissan Maxima head on while he was turning onto Croookshank Road.

The driver of the Nissan, Margaret Loxterkamp, 75, of Cincinnati, was transported to the hospital and is in stable condition. A passenger in the Nissan, Imagard Redder was also injured, and is listed in stable condition.

Mahon was not injured and taken to the Hamilton County Justice Center.
