1 pound of Greek Feta Cheese
2 Long red hot peppers
5 Tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 Tablespoon of oregano leaves
1 Tablespoon of lemon juice
First, drain and crumble feta.
Grill or fry the pepper,remove the seeds and cut into pieces.
Put the feta cubes in a electric mixer bowl , add the pepper in pieces and begin beating.Add the lemon and gradually the olive oil.
In the end add the oregano and stir. Garnish with an olive and serve with pita,chips or veggies. It can be kept covered in bowl in the fridge for up to 5 days.
