(CINCINNATI) -- The foster father accused of raping several teenage girls has pled guilty.
Trial was supposed to begin Wednesday in the case of Michael Chinn, but instead he reached a plea deal with prosecutors, and pled guilty to several counts of rape and gross sexual imposition.
He was immediately sentenced to 20 years in prison and will have to register as a tier three sexual predator, meaning he will have to register his address every 90 days.
Chinn is accused of sexually abusing at least seven teenage girls, one of them a relative.
According to the Hamilton County Department of Jobs and Family Services, eight children were placed with Chinn since 2002 and none of them reported any abuse. Chinn was licensed through the agency Square One For Youth. A 17-year-old male was living with him but was removed as soon as JFS heard of the arrest last summer.
