UPDATE: Victims in Montgomery fatal accident identified

(MONTGOMERY, OH) --

Update:

Police have identified the persons involved in this incident.

The driver of the truck has been identified as Steven Voelker, of Blue Ash. His passenger was Miranda Helton, of Cincinnati. The other driver was Sonya Stallworth of Cincinnati.

Helton and Stallworth are still in the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The accident remains under investigation.

Previously:

One person is dead following a two vehicle crash in Montgomery.

Around 11 p.m. Sunday night, a pick up truck and a car crashed and caused the truck to crash into the front entrance of the Stone Creek Dining Company, located at the corner of Montgomery and Cooper.

The driver of the truck and a passenger were both ejected from the vehicle. The driver was pronounced dead at the hospital. The passenger was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the car was also taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. No one was inside the restaurant at the time.

Police say someone ran a red light, causing the crash, but they won't say which vehicle is at fault. They are also not releasing any names.
