(FRANKLIN AND TATE TOWNSHIPS, OH) -- The Brown County and Clermont County Sheriff's Offices have been working together to solve a string of Breaking and Entering and Theft cases which occurred in both counties, resulting in arrests and the indictment of four individuals on a variety of charges

While in the process of investigating several Breaking and Entering cases in Franklin and Tate Townships, Clermont County Investigators began working with investigators from the Brown County Sheriff's Office after learning that there were similar incidents in Brown County.

On April 30, 2008 four suspects who were residing in Clermont County were arrested in Brown County for breaking into a garage, and after interrogation, confessed to nine offenses in Clermont County and ten in Brown County.

As a result, a search warrant was secured for a residence at 1320 Pride Hill Road in Hamersville, Ohio where a large number of tools were recovered along with information that led to another arrest and a confession of Breaking and Entering, and theft of tools and guns.

Those indicted on May 28, 2008 for Clermont County crimes are as follows:

Samuel Alan Stacy, 27, of Ripley: Ten counts Breaking and Entering; two counts of Theft; three counts of Grand Theft

Charles Alan Brock, 23, of Felicity: Ten counts Breaking and Entering; two counts of Theft; three counts of Grand Theft

David Michael Morrison, 29, of Felicity: Three counts Breaking and Entering; one count Theft; three counts Grand Theft

Lora M. Brock, 22, of Felicity: Seven counts Breaking and Entering; one count Theft; one count Grand Theft

The indictments for Breaking and Entering are all fifth degree felonies; the indictments for Theft and Grand Theft are fourth degree felonies.
