NWS confirms four tornadoes in tri-state this week

(WILMINGTON, OH) -- The National Weather Service is now confirming what we all suspect: Tornadoes did hit the tri-state this week.

In Oxford, Martinsville in Clinton County, Newtown and in Pendelton County, Kentucky.

They were the weakest classification, but still packed winds of up to 85 miles per hour.

They caused plenty of damage.

But no serious injuries have been reported.
