Cincinnati Police are investigating the discovery of skeletal remains found in a wooded area of the city.
Police say the skeletal remains were found near 1779 Pulte Street in North Fairmount Friday night.
Police say the bones were identified as human bones by personnel from the Hamilton County Coroner's office.
The remains have been taken to the Hamilton County coroner's office for an examination to determine the identity of the victim and the cause of death.
