(SYMMES TOWNSHIP, OH) -- Prosecutors are still deciding whether charges will be filed in the death of a truck driver.
Charles Lash, 62, from Arkansas was standing outside his tractor trailer on Twightwee Road in Symmes Township on Wednesday afternoon when an SUV lost control and crashed into him.
Lash was pinned between the SUV and his truck.
There is no word what caused the driver of the SUV to lose control.
